Gaudete Sunday

Last week, the Faith Formation students joyfully celebrated the third Sunday of Advent, learning about the meaning of the rose-colored candle on the Advent wreath lit on Gaudete Sunday. After listening to Luke 2:1-20, students reflected on the birth of Christ and the adoration of the shepherds, thinking about what a wondrous and joyful event it must have been! We pondered, "What brought you joy today? How can we share joy with others this week?". We’re excited about the upcoming Christmas Pageant, where we will have the opportunity to share the story of Christ’s birth with our families and the community.
